The De Baca County Health Council holds regular meetings to bring together local partners, agencies, and residents to strengthen the health and well-being of our community. These meetings serve as a space to share updates, identify community needs, and collaborate on health-related projects and programs.
Some things that you can expect to happen in our meetings are:
Partner Updates
Community organizations and members share news, events, or needs.
Health Priorities Discussion
Topics may include behavioral health, food security, access to care, transportation, or other local concerns.
Project Planning
Members help coordinate programs, funding proposals, and outreach efforts.
Decision Making
For items that require action, like adopting a funding plan or endorsing a program, our Board members need to hold a vote to discuss and approve.
Most meetings last 60 minutes and are open to the public unless otherwise noted. Participation is encouraged, whether you represent one of our partners or simply want to stay informed about community health efforts. Below you’ll find highlights from our most recent meeting, along with links to the full agenda and other materials.
