The De Baca County Health Council is launching a grant program to help fund local projects that improve community health. We’re looking for practical ideas that reduce barriers, reach neighbors who are often left out, and make a clear difference here at home.

Approved projects can receive up to $5,000 to get started. If you have a plan that would help people in De Baca County, we’d love to see it.
